• To schedule an appointment, please call InterWest Interpreting during regular business hours, 8:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday.
• For emergencies, we are available 24/7. For appointments that are not emergencies, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible to ensure an interpreter is available to meet your needs. We are happy to take appointments as far in advance as you have something scheduled.
• Provide all details of the job, including date, time, place, contact person, name of deaf client, and type of event.
• If you are a new customer, a contract will be faxed or emailed to you. Once signed, simply return the contract and we will confirm the appointment.
• After the job is finished, all feedback is appreciated.
• You will receive an invoice at the end of the month, payable within thirty days.
